I’m here to give a review of my purchase and have learned so much about bees and honey in general. This Louisiana honey taste fantastic and is labeled raw, pure & unfiltered. I just wish they were more transparent about the warming process of the honey. That is a critical part of consuming raw honey for the health benefits and honey loses a lot of the good stuff if its heated to make it more easier to pour into the bottles for shipping. People are getting more self conscious about the foods they consume and sometimes things can be misleading. Overall, i am enjoying the Louisiana honey and love the deep color and aftertaste notes of spice and cinnamon. I will purchase again!!!

I met Nate Carmichael when he was in college working part time at the law firm where I worked. I suffered with severe seasonal allergies until Nate gave me some honey and explained that local honey helps with allergies. I tried the honey in my coffee, and I liked the taste so I kept using it. Didn’t really expect it to help with my allergies but within a few weeks I realized a remarkable decrease in allergy symptoms. I’m still using his honey daily, so thankful it is at my local store, and I have not suffered with allergies since!!! THANK YOU, NATE!!!!

Due to health issues I started using honey. I am 71 yrs. and never liked honey!!! After reading about the many “ healthy properties” of honey I decided to try it one more time. Due to the price of “ raw honey” I decided to use Kroger brand which is not raw & unfilterd ( but I liked it). Yesterday I saw your brand on sale @ the equivalent price so I purchased it to see the difference. I will now use Carmichael’s Forever ❤️ Kudo’s to your beautiful family story & your delicious honey ( hopefully it keeps me healthy ) 🤗
