It tastes great. But I’d like to know more about how it’s processed. Does gently heating it take away from its benefits? What temperature is gently heating referring to? I want to believe that the labeling and the products consistency is based on truth and scientific research. But who really knows, unless you’re a scientist? I do like buying from a company that claims to be Christian based too.

Honey with a surprise
This brand is the first time for me that the honey has not crystallize in over 7 months. I believe this is due to the lid that has a special covering on the hole in the lid. I purchased a 16 oz bottle and now down to 1 oz (2 TBS). This item will be on the next grocery order. I personally have tried honey made in other states and some countries. I prefer honey made locally /near Texas. You will enjoy this great tasting honey.
